Help wanted for end of year work party at CAST

CAST is having a work party at the Columbia Center for the Arts theater on Saturday, Dec. 29, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. to clean and reorganize for the upcoming season, and to move seldom used materials to off-site storage across the street. Individuals are needed to lead work parties in the following areas:

Green room shelf reorganize and cleaning;

Dressing room reorganize and cleaning;

Flats and blacks assessment, reorganize and remove to storage;

Costume/prop room reorganize, cleaning, and remove to storage;

Any help, even for a few hours, is appreciated. Pizza will be provided.

I Can't Keep Quiet singers at "Citizen Town Hall"

‘I can’t keep quiet,’ sing members of an impromptu choir in front of Hood River Middle School Saturday prior to the citizen town hall for questions to Rep. Greg Walden. The song addresses female empowerment generally and sexual violence implicitly, and gained prominence during the International Women’s Day events in January.
